The exhibition brings together a selection of commissioned drawings produced between 2024 and 2025 for artists such as Gud/Rooster, Woesum, RealYungPhil, Yung Lean, and others.
Seen collectively, the works trace the emergence of a distinct and steadily expanding artistic practice.
ABOUT THE ARTIST
Nils Emil Yuma Arvidsson (b. 2002) is a Gothenburg-based artist and tattooer. He studies at KV Konstskola and works within both the field of visual art and tattooing.
His work is characterized by an intuitive, analog style with elements of symbolism and narrative fragmentation. In addition to tattoos, he has created cover art for artists such as ManOrHorse, Stacey, RealYoungPhil, as well as the newly released album Rooster Slipped by Rooster.
ABOUT THE CURATOR
Adam Buba Carlander Kanyi (b. 1994) is a Gothenburg-based multidisciplinary artist and curator. He studies Textile Product Development and Entrepreneurship at the University of Borås and works across visual art, styling, archiving, design, and music.
Under the umbrella of Salighet, he initiates projects that move fluidly between art, design, and curation.
